PERMISSION  SLIPS  &  LIABILITY  WAIVERS

Each participant must have a signed permission slip and liability waiver before the child rides or the child may NOT ride.  These two forms are here and can be printed and brought with you.  Again, each participant must have both forms signed before riding.

UPON  ARRIVAL GO  to  the  PINK  RECEPTION  DOLL  HOUSE.

Sign in and present the Liability and Permission slips (available online and onsite) for each participant who will then be hand-stamped which will allow them to ride.  Your group will be directed to the Party Room where their group photo will be taken with the celebrants around the Special Event child and her decorated cake. We will be taking a group photo for the Special Event child's custom complimentary t-shirt. Additional t-shirts or sweatshirts, with the same group photo, will be available for purchase at the purple Marketplace Shop. 
WHAT  TO  WEAR
  • Long Pants
  • Sturdy boots or shoes (tennis shoes are fine, but no shoes that have an open toe or that might fall off the foot)
  • Helmets: you may wear your own, or borrow one of our helmets
  • Dress for the weather
